FAQS
Both coaching and therapy have their place and one might be better for you than the other, depending on your goals, and needs.
The difference really comes down to focus.
A coach is focused on the future and helps you explore new possibilities:
- Clarifying and achieving personal and professional goals
- Creating plans and determining the best way to achieve them
- Working on improving communication
- Achieving financial independence and security
- Achieving a better life/work balance
This relationship is a partnership and collaborative between the coach and the client.
A therapist is focused on the past and explores old areas that need healing or fixing:
- Recovery from past traumas
- Explore why past relationships (business and personal) have been destructive
- They often help your work through depression or anxiety
- Help you survive a difficult loss
In this relationship, the therapist is the expert.
You’ll be provided with world-class coaching and online support tools to help usher you along your journey towards transformation. I get so excited about this, because I can assure you, it’s gonna be the best investment you’ve ever made!
World-class coaching
We’ll work together through three 1-hour sessions per month. Through these sessions we’ll co-create special projects in every area of your life that will propel you forward toward your goals.
There is no one-size-fits all plan, and the journey will evolve as we work together over the course of the year. We’ll look at your career, finances, spiritual health, physical health and well-being, and relationships. Basically, no stone will be left unturned.
World-class support tools
We’ll keep in close communication through my exclusive coaching platform which allows us to share notes, write journal entries (both privately and ones to share), track “a-ha” moments, and you’ll even get to visually track your progress. This tool also allows you to share wins, schedule sessions, track payments, and even schedule your oil change. (Ok, that part isn’t true, but might as well be!) My clients LOVE this tool!
You’ll experience breakthroughs as you become keenly aware of yourself, and you’ll learn how to creatively express your journey through a variety of ways.
Almost all of our meetings will take place over Zoom, unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon.
We all love watching adorable HGTV couples take out-of-date houses and magically transform them into magazine-worthy showcase homes. We know renovations take months to complete, but we really love when we can see a stark “before and after” all in under an hour. This makes for great TV, but also not-so-great expectations for what’s involved in order to make real life, lasting change.
Just like remodeling a home, when you sign up for a coach, you need to go into it expecting it to take time. Each client I take on, must be willing to commit to a year together. That’s how long it generally takes to deconstruct old destructive patterns, and build new ones in their place.
Once you sign up for a call, you’ll be asked to fill out a thorough intake form. This will help me get to know you and understand your needs better. Your free 30-minute Discovery Call will help you get a real taste of what our normal sessions will be like. It’s during this process that we’ll determine if we are a good fit for one another moving forward.
With an array of pricing and payment plans available, I’m committed to serving you in the best way possible. I invite you to consider that investing in yourself is one of the most powerful access points to transformation. Extraordinary breakthroughs come from a willingness to be worthy, trust and belief in your abilities, and saying yes to what you want before you know how to get there. If money is a stop for you in life, coaching might just be the very thing that transforms both your limiting beliefs around money and your income.
